  • Surface must be free from laitance, dust, and contamination
  • Substrate should be dry to 75% RH according to ASTM F2170 (AS1884:2012)
  • Slab-on-ground concrete must have an effective damp proof membrane in place

Mixing Instructions

  1. Use complete pre-weighed A+B packs for optimum performance.
  2. If packs are proportioned, use accurate digital scales.
  3. Pre-mix Base A to redistribute any settlement.
  4. Add all Hardener B into Base A.
  5. Mix using a slow-speed drill with helical spinner head for 90 seconds.
  6. Avoid entraining air during mixing.

Do not add solvent to Satin Seal (WB).

Clean water may be added up to 10% if required depending on material viscosity.

Application Instructions

  • Apply using a high-quality 10–12mm nap lambswool roller.
  • Do not use microfibre rollers.
  • Apply evenly while maintaining a wet edge.
  • Roll in a north/south direction.
  • Finish by rolling east/west in one direction only.

Application Conditions

  • Recommended material and substrate temperature: 15°C–35°C
  • Minimum application temperature: 10°C
  • Substrate temperature must remain 3°C above dew point during application and curing
  • Temperatures should not fall below 5°C within 24 hours after application

Working Time / Pot Life

  • Mixed product should be used within 20 minutes at 20°C
  • Higher temperatures or leaving material in the bucket will reduce working time
  • Decant mixed material into smaller quantities for detailed areas

Curing Times (at 20°C)

  • Minimum overcoating time: 8 hours
  • Maximum overcoating time: 24 hours
  • Foot traffic: 16 hours
  • Vehicular traffic: 48 hours
