EPIREZ High Performance Epoxy Grout (280S)
High-strength epoxy grout for higher temperatures and deeper pours.
EPIREZ High Performance Epoxy Grout (280S) is a high-strength epoxy-based grouting system designed for demanding applications where longer working time, excellent flow and superior mechanical performance are required. It is particularly suited to hot weather applications, machinery grouting, rail anchoring, deep foundations and structural anchoring.
With a low-exotherm formulation and excellent chemical resistance, EPIREZ High Performance Epoxy Grout provides durable support in demanding environments. It bonds to damp surfaces and can be extended on site with EPIREZ Epoxy Grout Aggregate Extender (QA30) for deeper pours and applications requiring additional volume.
The grout is suitable for pours from approximately 2 mm to 80 mm, depending on the volume of the pour and the use of the aggregate extender.

Coverage & Yield
30 kg kit = approximately 17.6 litres of mixed EPIREZ High Performance Epoxy Grout.
When extended with 18 litres of EPIREZ Epoxy Grout Aggregate Extender (QA30), a 30 kg kit produces approximately 21.5 litres.
The product can be used for pours from approximately 2 mm to 80 mm, depending on the application, pour volume and use of aggregate extender.
Hot Weather & Deep Pour Performance
EPIREZ High Performance Epoxy Grout is formulated for applications where temperature and pour depth can affect installation. Its longer work time helps provide greater working flexibility in warmer conditions, while its low-exotherm characteristics make it suitable for deeper grouting applications.
For deeper pours above 50 mm, EPIREZ® Epoxy Grout Aggregate Extender (QA30) can be added where appropriate. Specific recommendations should be confirmed based on the project and pour volume.
Surface Preparation
Prepare surfaces according to the required adhesion or release conditions. New concrete should be at least 28 days old. Suitable formwork that provides a material head can assist the grout in flowing into finer cavities and voids.
Surface preparation requirements may vary depending on site conditions and the application. An on-site adhesion test is recommended as part of the project's quality assurance process.
Mixing Instructions
For best results, full units should be mixed as the components are pre-measured. Precondition the product to between 18°C and 25°C before use.
Pour the Hardener into the Compound container and mix thoroughly for approximately 5 minutes using a suitable blade fitted to a power mixer operating at approximately 400 rpm.
Ensure all material from the sides, beneath the container lip and from the mixing blade is fully incorporated. Avoid air entrapment during mixing and keep the mixer blade below the liquid surface.
Application
Pour the mixed epoxy grout slowly into the prepared void from one side only. This helps minimise air entrapment and encourages the grout to flow through the entire area.
Do not install or place equipment into service until the epoxy grout has achieved full cure.
Clean Up
Clean tools and equipment before the epoxy grout begins to harden using EPIREZ® Clean Up Solvent.
Do not use the solvent for cleaning hands or for mixing with the product.
