Sikafloor-263 SL Self Levelling Epoxy Floor

Sikafloor-263 SL is a professional-grade self levelling epoxy flooring product designed for smooth and broadcast flooring systems. It is a multi-purpose, 100% solids epoxy floor system applied at approximately 2–3 mm and is used as part of Sika flooring systems including Sikafloor MultiDur ES-23, ES-24 and EB-24.

Designed for experienced flooring professionals, Sikafloor-263 SL provides a durable epoxy wearing course with good chemical and mechanical resistance and an attractive, smooth finish. It can also be used in broadcast flooring systems where additional texture and slip resistance are required.

Important Application Information

Sikafloor-263 SL should only be applied by experienced flooring professionals following the current Sika Product Data Sheet and relevant system documentation. The concrete substrate must be sound, clean and properly prepared before application. Rough or uneven substrates may require a separate Sika levelling mortar before Sikafloor-263 SL is applied.

The product should not be applied to substrates with rising moisture. Sika specifies a substrate moisture content of less than 4% by weight for the standard application conditions stated in the Product Data Sheet. Temperature, humidity, dew point, substrate condition and preparation must all be checked before application.

At +10°C: approximately 60 minutes
At +20°C: approximately 30 minutes

OVERCOATING TIME:

Curing and overcoating times are approximate and depend on temperature, relative humidity and site conditions.

SUBSTRATE REQUIREMENTS:
Concrete substrate must be sound and have sufficient compressive strength, with a minimum compressive strength of 25 N/mm² and minimum pull-off strength of 1.5 N/mm².

The substrate must be clean, dry and free from contaminants including dirt, oil, grease, coatings and surface treatments.

Rough or uneven substrates may require separate levelling before application.
