Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

  • Ensure concrete or screed substrates are structurally sound
  • Substrate strength should be minimum 25 N/mm²
  • Remove laitance, dust, oils, and surface contaminants
  • Ensure substrate moisture requirements are met before application
  • Concrete should be dry to approximately 75% RH according to ASTM F2170 and AS1884:2012
  • Follow the relevant Flowcrete GP Resin Technical Data Sheet before installation

Mixing Instructions

  1. Stir Base A thoroughly to redistribute any settlement.
  2. Measure the required amount of Base A using accurate digital scales.
  3. Add Hardener B completely into the Base A container.
  4. Mix using a slow-speed drill with helical spinner head.
  5. Mix for approximately 60 seconds while avoiding air entrapment.
  6. Add filler materials as required according to the specific application system.

Application Method

  • Apply Flowcrete GP Resin according to the relevant Flowcrete system specification.
  • Combine with suitable fillers or auxiliary products depending on the required application.
