EPIREZ High Early Strength Epoxy Grout (5137HES)
Heavy-duty, non-shrink epoxy grout with fast strength development.
EPIREZ High Early Strength Epoxy Grout (5137HES) is a heavy-duty, non-shrink epoxy grout designed for applications requiring high mechanical strength, excellent flow and rapid strength development. Its smooth, aggregate-free formulation flows into fine voids and cavities down to approximately 5 mm, forming an extremely tough and impact-resistant backing.
Designed for demanding industrial and structural applications, this high-strength epoxy grout provides long-term support for machinery, equipment and structural components, including applications in harsh and corrosive environments. It is particularly suited to heavy-duty rail machinery grouting where rapid curing and early strength development are required.
EPIREZ High Early Strength Epoxy Grout was previously known as EPIREZ® 5137 HES.

Coverage & Yield
10 kg of EPIREZ High Early Strength Epoxy Grout produces approximately 6 litres of mixed grout.
Suitable pour thickness is approximately 5–50 mm, depending on the volume and specific application. For specific project requirements, consult the manufacturer's technical department.
Surface Preparation
Prepare the substrate as required for adhesion or release. New concrete should be at least 28 days old. Formwork that provides a suitable material head can help the grout flow into finer cavities and voids.
Surface preparation requirements may vary depending on site conditions and the intended application. An on-site adhesion test is recommended as part of the project's quality assurance process.
Mixing & Application
Pour the contents of the Hardener into the Compound container and mix thoroughly for approximately 5 minutes using a suitable blade fitted to a low-speed power mixer operating at approximately 400 rpm.
Ensure all material from the sides and bottom of the container is fully incorporated. Do not aerate the mixture.
Pour the mixed epoxy grout slowly from one side only to minimise air entrapment and help achieve a complete, void-free installation.
Temperature Requirements
EPIREZ High Early Strength Epoxy Grout can be used in cooler conditions, with specified working times and cure times available at 15°C. The product should not be applied at temperatures below 10°C.
