EPIREZ Crack Repair Epoxy Sealer (123) is a low-viscosity, solvent-free epoxy injection grout designed for concrete crack repair, crack injection and structural concrete repairs. Its low viscosity allows the epoxy to penetrate deep into fine cracks by capillary action, while pressure injection can be used for cracks down to approximately 0.2 mm.
Once cured, EPIREZ Crack Repair Epoxy Sealer forms a strong bond with concrete, providing excellent adhesion along with high compressive and tensile strength. The product can also bond to damp concrete surfaces, making it suitable for a range of concrete repair applications.

Surface Preparation
For best results, concrete surfaces must be clean, sound and free from loose material, oil, grease and existing coatings. New concrete should be at least 28 days old. Depending on the condition of the substrate, cleaning may include high-pressure washing, captive blasting or acid etching with a suitable concrete cleaner.
For critical applications, polished concrete or frequently wet surfaces, porous concrete may require priming with a suitable EPIREZ epoxy primer before application.
Mixing & Application
EPIREZ Crack Repair Epoxy Sealer is supplied as a pre-measured two-component epoxy system. Mix the Hardener and Compound at the specified 1:2 volume ratio using a low-speed mixer at approximately 400 rpm. Avoid introducing air into the mixture during mixing.
For epoxy crack injection, the crack is prepared and sealed, with injection nipples installed at suitable intervals. The mixed epoxy is then injected from the lowest point using a high-pressure injection gun until the crack is filled.
For suitable smaller repairs, the gravity-feed method can be used by pouring small quantities of epoxy into the prepared crack and allowing the product to penetrate until the crack no longer accepts additional material.
