EPIREZ® Epoxy Grout Aggregate Extender (QA30) is a carefully selected blend of inert quartzite granules designed specifically for use with EPIREZ epoxy grout products. With a graded particle size of approximately 0.6–1.4 mm, QA30 can be added to EPIREZ High Performance Epoxy Grout (280S) to increase the grout volume and assist with deeper pour applications.
QA30 is particularly useful for deep epoxy grout pours and hot weather grouting, helping extend the High Performance Epoxy Grout for suitable applications. It is designed to be incorporated after the hardener has been added and mixed into the epoxy grout until fully dispersed.

Compatibility
QA30 is specifically designed as an aggregate extender for EPIREZ epoxy grout products. For deep pours and hot weather applications, EPIREZ High Performance Epoxy Grout (280S) may be extended with an equal volume of QA30, subject to the specific project requirements and manufacturer's recommendations.

Application Instructions
Add QA30 slowly to the mixed EPIREZ High Performance Epoxy Grout (280S) after the hardener has been incorporated. Continue mixing until the aggregate is fully incorporated throughout the grout.
Do not aerate the mixture. Pour the extended epoxy grout slowly into the prepared void from one side only to minimise air entrapment. Equipment should not be installed or placed into service until the epoxy grout has achieved full cure.
Ideal for: epoxy grout extension, deep pour epoxy grout, machinery grouting, structural grouting, heavy-duty grouting and hot weather epoxy grout applications.
