Application Guide:
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are free from rust, oil, grease, and contaminants. For bare concrete, enhance porosity through acid etching.
- Mixing and Thinning: Activate the coating by mixing 3 parts A to 1 part B. For spray application, thin with 10% - 15% X-5 Solvent.
- Application: Now, select your preferred method—roller, brush, or spray. Apply 2 even coats, following recommended film thickness, recoat, and dry times.
- Drying and Curing: EPiC PolyCryl achieves touch dryness in just 4 hours, enabling prompt recoating. Additionally, full cure is attained after 7 days, ensuring a comprehensive and durable finish.
Clean Up:
- Simplify maintenance by cleaning surfaces and equipment with X-5 Solvent.
