Its high-build formulation can help restore damaged or uneven floors while providing an easy-clean, anti-slip surface.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is suitable for demanding environments including \u003cstrong\u003evehicle workshops, warehouses, plant rooms, abattoirs, food industries, refineries, pulp mills, sugar refineries, laundries, loading ramps and water tanks\u003c\/strong\u003e. The cured system is resistant to steel-wheeled vehicle traffic and provides excellent resistance to abrasion and a range of dilute acids and alkalis.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEPIREZ Easifloor Binder II is supplied as a two-part Compound and Hardener system. To complete the flooring system, EPIREZ Patching \u0026amp; Flooring Mortar Aggregate (QA2) and EPIREZ Colourpack must also be added.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCoverage\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA 4L Easifloor Binder II kit combined with 16L of QA2 aggregate and Colourpack produces approximately \u003cstrong\u003e4m² at 4mm thickness\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor increased skid resistance, QA2 aggregate can be lightly broadcast onto the freshly trowelled surface. A topcoat of Easifloor Binder II or Supatuff Heavy Duty Epoxy Coating is recommended for increased durability of the non-skid surface.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eSurface Preparation\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eConcrete should be at least 28 days old. Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of additives, curing agents, oils, etc.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePrepare these subfloors by acid etching and washing or captive blast cleaning as applicable to expose firmly adhered aggregate. Allow to dry if wet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSurface preparation guidelines cannot cover all site or field contingencies and it is always recommended to perform an on-the-spot adhesion test as a Quality Assurance audit if doubt exists over the process.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003ePriming\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePrime concrete surfaces using \u003cstrong\u003eEPIREZ® Epoxy Primer\/Sealer (123)\u003c\/strong\u003e at a coverage rate of \u003cstrong\u003e7.5m²\/litre\u003c\/strong\u003e using spray or roller. Primer should be “touch-dry” before proceeding.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEasifloor Binder II system should be applied within\u003cstrong\u003e \u003c\/strong\u003e24 hours of priming. If this time is exceeded, the subfloor must be reprimed. Keep primed surfaces clean.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eMixing Instructions\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePrior to mixing, the subfloor area should be reviewed so that a fixed volume of mixed material can be applied over a fixed area to ensure correct application rate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUse a slow-speed \u003cstrong\u003e400 rpm mechanical mixer\u003c\/strong\u003e to ensure thorough mixing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAdd contents of Colourpack to complete Easifloor Binder II Compound.
